The speaker Khoon Seng, Tan holds a Computer Science Degree from the University of Texas, Austin, and an MBA from the National Taiwan University. Almost two decades ago, he was working in the IT services industry at IBM Global Services and subsequently moved to New York during the boom of the E-Commerce era to form a startup enterprise. Over the past decade and through his work, he has been involved in, and gotten to understand, the workings of the PC and cellphone manufacturing, telecom and software industries. Khoon Seng now resides inTaiwan and is actively investing in and developing mobile apps applications.
